Return & Refund Policy

Custom Orders (IMPORTANT)

All products sold by Sticker Print Co. are custom-made to order.

Because of this, all sales are final once a proof has been approved.

By approving your design proof, you agree that:

  • Your order will immediately enter production
  • The order cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded
  • The product is being made specifically for you and cannot be resold

Proof Approval Responsibility

Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all design proofs carefully.

Sticker Print Co. is not responsible for errors (including spelling, sizing, or design issues) once a proof has been approved.


Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before proof approval.

Once a proof is approved, the order is considered final and cannot be canceled.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

support@stickerprintco.com

Include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the issue

We will review the issue and provide a replacement if applicable.


Non-Delivery / Shipping Issues

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers once the order has been shipped.

If an order is lost in transit, we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.


Chargebacks & Disputes

We are committed to resolving any issues directly with our customers.

By placing an order, you agree to contact us first to resolve any concerns before initiating a chargeback or dispute.

Filing a chargeback without first contacting us may delay resolution and violate our terms of service.
