These terms govern purchases from and use of StickerPrintCo. By placing an order, creating an account, approving a proof, or using this website, you agree to these terms.

Custom orders and artwork

You represent that you own or have permission to reproduce all artwork, trademarks, text, photographs, and other materials you submit. You may not submit unlawful, infringing, deceptive, hateful, or otherwise prohibited content. We may refuse or cancel an order that we reasonably believe violates these terms.

Proofs and approval

A digital proof is provided before printing. You must review spelling, colors, layout, dimensions, quantity, cut line, and all other details. Your approval authorizes production and confirms that the proof is acceptable. Screen colors may vary from printed colors because of display and printing differences.

Pricing and payment

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars. Payment is due when the order is placed. We may correct obvious pricing or product-description errors before production and will contact you if an order is affected.

Production, shipping, and delivery

Turnaround and delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Details are provided in our Shipping Policy. Risk of loss passes as permitted by applicable law when the order is delivered to the carrier.

Returns and corrections

Custom products are final sale. Refund, correction, reprint, and replacement terms are described in our Refund Policy.

Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for activity under it. Provide accurate, current information and notify us of unauthorized use.

Website use

You may not interfere with the website, attempt unauthorized access, introduce harmful code, scrape the site in an abusive manner, or use the service for unlawful purposes.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, StickerPrintCo is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability relating to an order will not exceed the amount paid for that order.
